Procedures for Access to Personal Data:

The Owner may at any time request ADA INTELLIGENCE access to the personal data it has registered, as well as request the correction, updating or deletion of its personal data, revoke the authorization granted for the processing of these and in general exercise its rights, by submitting queries and claims by the following means: Email: legal@adaintelligence.com

Once this information has been received, the person in charge will have a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day following the date of your request, query or claim, to attend to it. When it is not possible to attend to the request, query or claim within the aforementioned term, the responsible party will inform the Owner or interested party of the reasons for the delay and the date on which their claim will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term.

ADA Complaint Question Process

When you contact us, we will try to resolve the issue immediately.

If we are unsure whether you want to make a formal complaint, we will consult with you again to ensure that we fully understand you and can address your request in the most appropriate manner.

When we believe we can resolve your complaint within three business days, we will send you our response within that timeframe.

If the issue is more complex or we can't resolve it within three business days:

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your complaint within that timeframe.

We will always try to provide a final response to your complaint within 15 calendar days. In exceptional circumstances, if there is a delay of more than

15 days, we will keep you informed of our progress by explaining the reasons for the delay and the date by which we will give you a final response (which will be no later than 35 working days). from the date we receive your complaint).

When we provide our final response, we will confirm our decision on your complaint, what we will do to fix things, and information about the Consumer

Ombudsman Service.

If you are not satisfied with our final answer, where you are eligible, you will have the right to refer your case to the Consumer Ombudsman Service.
